Upcoming Grandmasters Crystal

With the upcoming Grandmasters crystal that awards 3*-5* for 200 units coming next week, can we eliminate the 3* offer for 400 units for those who are uncollected? Nobody would really purchase a 3* when they are guaranteed a 3* with chances of a 4* or 5* for half the cost.
