What kind of ally that makes you gonna stay in along time?

I wanna hear your story. For me myself, im someone that easily feel burn out, so sometimes i take break from ally, play solo or even take rest from playing mcoc, and when im ready i find new ally again. But for me the most memorable ally is when im in those ally that i can discuss anything beside mcoc and they open about it, not just doing 'task' but also make 'game friend', kindda like that. Wbu?
