What are these coins you speak of? There's no currency in the game that are called coins

Coins?

Do you mean units, loyalty or battle chips?

Units can be spent on crystals, potions, offers and other items.

Loyalty is for the loyalty crystal, loyalty store and donating to one’s alliance for AQ purposes.

Battle Chips are used for the arena crystal and got donating to your alliance for again; AQ purposes.
