4*max duped x-23 vs 5* unduped x-23 ?

My 4* x-23 is maxed , and I just pulled her in a 5* , so shall I rank her up or wait for a better one , and if you know anybody with a 5* rank 4 x-23 in profile please let me know , thank you

    Take her up to rank 2 at least, and then wait until you have the cats to take her to rank 3. If by then, you have another option like IceMan or ArchAngel, rank those. If not, rank her up.
