Help with who to Rank up

So above are all my 5* and of late keep pulling champions i will never use. Im at a lost who to rank up as in quite selective. Any advice will be welcomed.

Can be to r4 hulk rag, killmo, luke cage and collosus. Also you can wait for human torch. He is gonna be buffed. It depens on what you need.
