When will the Assasin mastery will be fixed?

Assasin mastery is not working at R4 and R5.
I've been noticing my damage output throughout the fight to see by how much %age damage increases when opponent below 18% hp and that's for sure is only by 40% and not by 60%.
I have assasin mastery 5/5.
@Kabam Miike any update when this will be resolved?
