We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. So in Surfer's info we see he takes -100% damage from a list of debuffs, which incinerate happens to be one of those listed.

Yet he still suffers damage from Mephisto's Aura of Incineration.

Seems kind of odd, any reason why this was overlooked...

    Surfer takes less damage from debuffs, mephisto deals incinerate damage via a passive on himself rather than a debuff

    Hey there, Silver Surfer is designed to take -100% damage from Coldsnap, Incinerate, and Shock Debuffs, but not from other forms of those effects. Mephisto's Aura of Incineration doesn't apply a Debuff but rather deals Incinerate Energy Damage to an opponent and so wouldn't be affected by Silver Surfer's resistances.

    It's the same with Unawakened Red Hulk - he turns Incinerate debuffs into heat charges, but takes normal damage from Aura of incineration.
