Missing monthly event quest exploration rewards

Just finished 100%ing 2.2 only the quest exploration rewards were given, I made sure of this by checking my acorns; there should be at least 60k acorns from 100% chapter 2, I only have 30k, I also have not opened any crystals or done anything except join war since in the hopes it makes it easier to fix
