What can happen when there is No defender kill points

When you met someone who know how to exploit resources, you are done , you can't compete with those spenders. My point is removing defender kill points doesn't make much of a difference but the thought of giving extra points always works well and restricted to use much resources. Below image will give you an estimate of kills can happen in AW. Just imagine 40 kills just to get through 5 defender.
