Filter improvements and one click request all help

1. Sticky/fixed filter for champ selection in arena. Current filter always gets reset when doing the next round/series. For ex, once set for 4* Cosmic, the filter should stay the same for next round so we don't have to reapply the same filter again and again.
2. Filter based on champion's tags.
3. Filter in Inventory Items.
4. One click to request help all at once instead of one by one.

    Request all would slow down the servers a lot. Requesting help already slows it down a little.
