How do I get specific T4Class Cats?

I needed 11 skill, 13 cosmic, 3 science t4cc for my next big rankup. But it seems that i get mainly tech & mystic t4 & they are full in stash... so, need to know to get specific t4cc or frags to get only the desired champs to upgrade without overflowing other t4cc... any help will appreciated...

    You can't, gotta be lucky with RNG. The only other way you can choose the t4cc fragments is to do the daily t4cc catalyst quest.

    daily quests are pointless unless you are extremely close to forming t4 catalyst

    The best way to get a specific T4CC is to not have anyone in that class worth using it on.

    Glory store always have one 3600 t4 fragment for a specific class 150 glory points
