LoL opponents able to evade Ghost crit?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Was fighting Rulk in LoL and he was still triggering the evade mechanic even though I was using Ghost and it was a guaranteed crit medium dash attack which according to my understanding of her abilities cannot trigger evade
This happened at least 3 times in the fight

    Yep .. it's been stated that in LoL (and AoL I believe), their passive evade apparently "trumps" things such as ... "never misses" .. or "cannot be evaded".

    Nop I’m AOL the evade can’t happen but in lol evade can so it a code issue

    I hope this is the case .. and they fix it .. eventually .. however, I have a feeling they consider it "working as intended" :(

    Won’t be fixed at all That how ther designers it with is lam
