I think the issue is probably from the OP's device. If you look at the beginning of the video, it took about 14 secs to load. my iPhone 6 is 2.5 yo and it still loads in 4-5 secs.

It's always been slower for Android. That's the reason Android users can't go for time attack legend titles in monthly quests.
