Arena brackets, why not a new one?

I am playing this game since May. I didn't know, at that time, about bracket. After reading, here on the forum and some dedicated site, I just found out that I've missed some good opportunities to get a better roster.
I don't blame anyone for the fact that I didn't take time to get informed.
Now, I'm in the veteran bracket, and, even if I have an average roster, it's pretty hard to grind the 3-4 arena to get in the cutoff. The most I've been able to achieve is 3.2m, for Hood. The cutoff was 4.1m, I think.
Now, for my suggestion, why not make 4 brackets. Beginner (1 month), intermediate (2 months), Expert (+2 months with less than 150k prestige) and veteran for the top players. (Numbers are subjective, may be 200k or whatever).
Like that, you may have a chance to get your hands on some nice rewards for your efforts.

in the old days there was no youtube channels dedicated to this game. We had no tips and such. But if you've started since may 2017 then there are tons of reddit posts on arena, seatin or BG for newbie players.
