Which 5* science should I awaken using gem

I am a FTP player, and just obtained a second 5* science awakening gem from the squirrel girl event, and seeing as how I now have 2, I was planning on awakening a 5* science champ. As I am FTP, I do not acquire 5* at a high frequency.

My current 5* science champs are as follows, I am only lacking t4b from ranking any of them (excluding thing):

Addendum, I also have a 5* cosmic awake gem, should I use it on Captain Marvel (movie)?

    Thing definitely, then save the last one for if you ever get caiw or void
