RANK UP #2: DR.Octopus or Ghost & Taskmaster or Korg

Bare with me for the noobish questions but as for Dr. Octopus and Ghost, I have tech ISO that needs to be used before they expire. I’ve got an idea that both Octopus and Ghost are fairly good champs. Which would you focus on ranking up first? Both are UNawakened.
As for Taskmaster and Korg, I understand that Taskmaster is OK and Korg is mediocre if my assessment is right. I have a strong skills champ which is my 5* Ronin. I’m looking to rank up another skills champs to use my skills ISO on. Which would you rank up first? Or should I wait on another skills champ and leave them alone?
