I am currently prepping for real of legends and have quite the good set up for a team however I am struggling to figure out how my mastery needs to be setup. What do you guys do for real of legends? Also I'm getting just one more blue core to get deep wounds but now I'm not so sure if I should anymore....? Help?

Deep Wounds is less valuable for RoL because part of the Mastery is reliant on you having more HP than your opponent - however the increased Bleed Duration can still help, although only if you're using a bleed-heavy champion.
Assassination can be a good Mastery to use, that last 18% of their health will last a long time so the increased damage output can really speed up that last chunk of the fight.
Suicide masteries are arguably more problematic than helpful in RoL because, while the Damage bonus from LC/DE can significantly speed up the fights - it does mean that you should probably be trying to focus on Bleed and/or Poison immune champs (which can limit your attack choices) but more importantly, Recoil will seriously screw you up in the long fights - you either need a legitimate recoil-friendly champion (Magik, or Ghost + Hood + Serious Skill) or a regenerative champion.
Ultimately the best masteries are ones to help you unleash good damage and also stay alive - Precision, Cruelty, Courage, Glass Cannon, Recovery, and Block Proficiency are all good options.
Ultimately, RoL is just a minor endurance event, they can't even use L3 specials so you can just wail on them and not worry about then nailing you with an unblockable special..
I know I'm strong enough to do it but the mastery part is what is killing me the most Im must not sure how to set it up
Here is the current mastery set up
@PantherusNZ
Attack Tree:
1) Unlock and max out Precision
2) Max Cruelty
3) Remote points from the Fury Masteries and from Strength
4) Points can be put into Courage and Pierce to increase your offensive potential
5) Glass Cannon is also worth unlocking and maxing
6) Ultimately unlocking Deep Wounds and Assassination are worth the effort
Utility Tree:
1) Remove the XP points - they're virtually useless
2) Max Limber
3) 1/3 is enough for Dexterity - it's not really worth running at max rank
4) Petrify and Pacify are good masteries, but Stupify is better and should be maxxed.
Defence:
1) Block Proficiency Should be maxxed - Perfect Block isn't really worth the points as it's such a low % chance
2) Unlocking Salve itself isn't a big deal but Recovery, the next mastery along, is well worth unlocking and maxxing.
3) Vitality should be Rank 1 max - if you have excess points and want more health then Greater Vitality is more bang for your buck
Overall for you I would prioritise:
1) Recovery - Unlock & Max Rank (+ prerequisite of Unlocking Salve)
2) Precision - Unlock & Max Rank
3) Cruelty - Max Rank
