We're a medium sized alliance who currently run an alternating 1 BG war team with a couple of the strongest players being constants.
We have to do this in order to ensure solid competitiveness in wars while at the same time getting everyone in enough wars to get season rewards.
This strategy is working, and we win more wars than we lose, but obviously isn't completely ideal.

I've also included a screen shot of my basic profile for comparison purposes. I am the top in terms of base hero rating in our alliance and normally handle the AW Boss. I am looking for dedicated players similar to myself.
When I say dedicated I don't mean you have to be obsessive, but for sure be dedicated enough to run wars and AQ every single day and use all your moves in each.
