He only does not take damage from shock debuffs. Silver surfer still takes damage from passive shock

If they have nodes like enhanced shock it goes past 100%. A 20% enhanced shock node would make the shock damage 120% and you would take what's past 100%. Which is 20%. Also emp modification is a passive shock.

Hey there, as others have mentioned, Silver Surfer takes 100% reduced damage from Shock Debuffs, but Passive Shock Effects like those in the video aren't affected by his ability. Debuffs can be distinguished by the light ring they have around the border of their icon which Passive Effects, like those in the above video, don't have.
