Why are there no Uncollected discounts on daily CCs?

How come a T2 CC selector (offer from completing daily quest) costs 150 units, even after reaching Uncollected, while the T3 Basic offers we get after completing the Basic daily has some alright discounts? Is the lack of a discount because its been forgotten?
