Just got a 5 star version of him... He is effective against some long fights and anyone with armor buff(iron man iw...) He is a demi god tier champion... But if u are looking for any reliable counters for armor up champions then he could do the job... (Corvus and medusa are the best options) moreover it depends upon the content u are going through
