Annihilus Incinerate Immune?

Was planning on walking through Annihilus on the last day of the acorn event with Claire, only to find out he is no longer incinerate immune.

Am I missing something in his abilities that makes him vulnerable to it now?

    He's missing his Cosmic Rod buff meaning he loses all immunites. CV nullifies buffs like crazy so this makes sense.
