Which champions are worth lowering up?

I am still a long way from having enough T4 class catalysts to power up my big champs but I did get some iso and thought about powering up some of the smaller four stars. Could you reccomend me which ones I should go for ?
I heard good things about magic , ghost rider and sentinel but which of my other four stars are worth it?

Mysterio and sentinel
Ghost Rider is a good utility knife
Rhulk is an underrated damage machine
Wasp also has some high damage but has a tiny health pool
Mysterio for his useful passive heal block (but is also a fai damage dealer).
Wasp is worth investing for two reasons:
- Damage output is insane;
- You will need her once you’ll get Ghost.
Sentinel is actually extremely underrated: he can deal solid damages (not exceptional but very good once you reach a fair number of armor breaks), heal block and he’s double immune.
Hood too is underrated. I took my 5s to r5 and I don’t regret it at all. He lacks of damage output, but I’d suggest to rank him up. There are not that many champs who can control opponent’s buffs in the way he does.
Magik could be a good choice as a power control champ. I loved her and she allowed me to get through a lot of contents in the past, but actually I never use her. If you stipl have to explore Act 4 maybe she’s a viable option.
