I have 5 star king groot, proxima midnight, spiderman miles-morales..
Whom should I give first preference to..

    Mysterio is real good. Just spam his poison. Build up to sp3 and he hard and then try to re poison after his sp3

    Mysterio is awesome i got him as a 5* and he's a beast. Build to his 3 chemical gas and you can basically apply a passive heal block. Spam sp3 to get that mega attack and poison damage not to mention his sp3 hits as hard as a TRUCK! Spam heavy after sp3. His attack goes up by a lot, it's insane. Not to mention that his sp1 can regenerate a portion of his health back to him and his sp2 can make your opponent 100% miss if you hold the heavy. Mysterio is awesome, congrats!
