Hes not awoken.

I have Richards at r3, and Thing and Sue at 4*sx along with a 6* Annhilus so I can run some nice synergy based teams for some content.

But outside of that, is he worth it?

Absolutely. He was already highly sought after but the introduction of AoL bumped his usefulness even further.

He's got amazing power against Mystics and regen champs, and his recent buff made him more viable for general fights as well.
