6* Loyalty Champ; Why all Critics & no push to revamp

I see post after post asking about 6* Unstoppable Colossus and always one or two critics. Never a response from anyone at Kabam and always some smart remark. Instead of taking time to criticize, why not post ideas or push to better rewards in Loyalty and/or add better 6* option. Something constructive will go much further. Seen some Youtubers touch on this, but no friction as of yet. I would love for better higher-end rewards and a 6* option.
