Void against the Collector?

I’ve been thinking about ranking up my Void in order to face the collector- and mainly relying on his petrify debuffs to reverse the collectors arc overload regeneration and take off a large chunk of his health. But is this a reliable way to deal the main source of damage towards the collector? Can he shrug off intimidating presence debuffs? And will the fight even last long enough until I get 4 petrify debuffs?
