Synergies activated BY opponents

How would summoners feel if while facing an opponent if there are any synergies shared with that opponent they become active while fighting that opponent. Or. If champions were each given a set of negative synergies that if facing an opponent that shared these negative synergies with became activated by fighting that opponent?

If Wolverine faces Magneto, then Wolverine should experience a “Nemesis” de-buff whilst Magneto experiences a “Nemesis” buff.
