Negative credits

I requested a refund through Google due to not receiving the items I purchased. For this reason, my account has gone into negative credits and I cannot use any credits until paying the original amount for which I got nothing. This is very unfair to the player and especially basically being robbed off by support saying that nothing can be done. As I said in my complaints, if I have apparently used the resources purchased, please show me the proof of this.

    Its Kabams refund policy. You should ALWAYS contact support before requesting a refund. If you bought something and didn't get it, they will get it to you. Asking for a refund is not the answer.
