Would like to highlight in light blue or some other color what champs I can rank up based on the resource I have

Would like a request for help all button

Would like a use all ISO button

    There's an arrow next to the champ that shows you who you can rank up based on your available resources. The help all button and use all ISO button are good suggestions though and would help a lot.
