    Than I would not awaken OR unless you plan on it soon. He is still a good champ, just not as good without it. I think I would do CAIW he is very usefull for a lot of things.

    Capiw gets the most use out of his sig ability along with OR, I take that it’s a generic sense you have listed different classes. DO NOT USE THE GENERIC ON SPARKY
