Buff steal not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
Saw this with Loki in arena used L1 against DD Netflix. It didn't take his critical rate buff. Also used Rogue in AQ saw same thing, against symbioid I used L1 while symbioid had critical damage buff, the critical damage buff expired however I kept resetting the contact timer, so the timer stayed active the entire time even though the buff was gone.

    Rogue keeping the buff through contact is supposed to happen, that's how she works. The Loki thing though seems like a bug.

    Edit: Now that I re-read your post, I see that you may have meant the buff disappeared when you kept making contact with Rogue, that would also be a bug if that's what you meant.
