Love Boost not lasting

According to a Kabam team member, the Love boosts are supposed to last 2 hours. However, the last two I have used have expired well before the 2 hour mark, with the last one lasting less than 10 minutes. Can we get some clarification on this as there is no timer on the boost in game.
