Ghost with Nick Fury evasion synergy bug

Ghost somehow both evades and doesn't evade while phased if she has Nick Fury+Quake's evasion synergy active. While remaining in one place and gaining power, she still loses evasion charges, and is punished for the "evasions" despite not moving.

Here's a video of Ghost against a Korg. Despite not moving during his attacks, Korg picks up crowd excitement until he goes unstoppable and unblockable.

Right now, it seems like phased Ghost has the worst of both worlds (not backing out of range, but still triggering the evasion counter abilities of her opponents). She does however appear to evade properly if she still has charges while not phased.

    Same with quake. She evades due to her base ability, but still loses an evade charge. It's working as per description in that you lose a charge for the first 3 unblocked hits.

    True for quake, but with quake you are losing evade charges when you actually evade. Ghost isn't even moving.

    This is still occurring. Please either make ghost evade away or not consume the evade charge, rather than costing charges while still remaining in place.

    Actually evading makes her worse. I think its better if it should not use up those charges or considered as evades even if it did.

    That isn`t truly a bad thing. It actually works out better. The discription and ability works in the sense that a charge dissapears. But if you would evade you lose out on the powergain, so it actually is better. It just isn`t a synergy that works, eventhou it technically does.

    It is also most likely because Phasing gives a 100% chance to miss, and the synergy is a 100% to be evaded. The game probably mistakes the MISS as an evade, because they miss when you evade, and counts a charge. Eventhou the miss comes from Ghost's phasing.

    I agree that actually evading would make her worse, but the way it's currently working, it "evades" without moving away, so champs like korg will go unstoppable. Ideally, it'd only trigger that evasion while unphased. I'm mostly wanting this one fixed for the consistency of the synergy rather than benefit from the bug.
