Assassin Mastery

Please see attached picture.
The Mastery guide suggests the following:
(1) "Boss Killers" use the Assassin Mastery.
(2) AQ focussed use the Will Power, Coagulate and Suture Mastery.

Is there a reason the AQ focus should not invest in Assassin Mastery?

    It also says Universal Soldier. That means that it can be used for other areas of the game, although if arenas are your thing there are better masteries there to use.
