Difference in fgmc drop rates for the featured champ

Is there a reason that the drop rate for the featured champ is different in the fgmc for specific champs?
Here's what it is for Domino
And here's what it is for Dr Doom
It's such a small difference (.01% for the 6* version) and (.12% for the 5*) but just seems odd that they wouldn't have the same rate in each of their crystals
