Need help retrieving account info

I’m looking for help with an account. It’s my ex-leaders account. He lost his log in info. Changed email accounts. Deactivated the account linked to his Mcoc account. So when he try’s to send himself a new password. He doesn’t get it since that account is no longer active. Reached out to kabam for help. Answered all security questions except the question What are your first 2 purchases on the account. He forgot. Kabam won’t help him. His account has been inactive
For 50 days so far. Anyone have any ideas to help. Anything helps.

He can look at his account for Google or Apple to help with this, but otherwise he has to handle this himself. You and other Summoners will not be able to assist him with it.
