Public API To Get Champion Info For A User

This would enable many of us in the community who are currently manually entering data about our champions to automate the process, and it could be as simple as setting up a small REST API, with just a few endpoints.
PROS:
Alliances could create programs to find out which champs exist in the alliance, and bring the time involved in organizing wars and events wayyy down.
Nerds like me that want to mess around with data relating to my account can customize progress tracking spreadsheets and tools.
Would not take much work to implement. I'm sure there is some route that gets champions by userID already, so it would be as simple as standing up a public API.
