AQ rewarding system

When your alliance battles in an AQ, there are (mini)Bosskillers, the pillars of the alliance.
These people have been designated to clear the road and get us to the end.
With a nice trio of champions and skill they pave the way towards Glory rewards.
But sometimes, especially in higher maps, they need to use boosts and potions to do so.
I think it would be a great idea if there was an AQ member-ranking in the alliance for most work done or most points scored.
This could be rewarded with some additional Glory.
This could also motivate the 'lesser/lazy/leeching' players to step up.

AQ is somewhat a communist system; regardless of personal ability, the rewards are the same ;-)
What I'd suggest (what we try to encourage in my alliance) is that you give people who aren't as confident the chance to take a shot at mini's and the end boss first, just 1 champ per section so they can survive the rest.
This is the only way they will learn to be better players - eventually you'll end up with a BG with more than just the few boss killers meaning you never fail and AQ even if those usual guys are on vacation etc .
The 1 champ sacrifice per section methode is something we do also, but battling against the M5 powergain Hype
is really demotivating for those guys. They do great on Thanos though.. @Archdemon_
If not, you come up against the issue of the more capable carrying the rest. If you have each bg running different maps, then you are automatically carrying 10 to 20 people, if your are in the toughest map.
The only solution is to go into a 3 by 5 or 3 by 6 alliance. But they are hard to get into and often come with pretty stringent rules, very regular play time and minimum expectations.
But so they should, maintaining that kind of level progress in 3 BGs is a big job.
So while I like the idea in principle, I'd guess that the present alliance design suggests that extra rewards for those doing more isn't the solution in this game.
The solution as always, appears to be move alliance, if your own alliance's players don't improve uniformly... Which sucks.
I'm actually the leader of the alliance.
We're not the kicking kind of alliance. Participation, fun and teamwork is what counts.
We don't mind the work, but as Archdemon_ pointed out, resources run dry.
Good luck, managing an alliance is hard work enough as it is..
