AQ rewarding system

When your alliance battles in an AQ, there are (mini)Bosskillers, the pillars of the alliance.
These people have been designated to clear the road and get us to the end.
With a nice trio of champions and skill they pave the way towards Glory rewards.
But sometimes, especially in higher maps, they need to use boosts and potions to do so.
I think it would be a great idea if there was an AQ member-ranking in the alliance for most work done or most points scored.
This could be rewarded with some additional Glory.
This could also motivate the 'lesser/lazy/leeching' players to step up.

Like the war mvp tag? Does it need to be specific rewards?

AQ is somewhat a communist system; regardless of personal ability, the rewards are the same ;-)

Your "boss killers" will eventually run dry of resources if what you're saying is true.
What I'd suggest (what we try to encourage in my alliance) is that you give people who aren't as confident the chance to take a shot at mini's and the end boss first, just 1 champ per section so they can survive the rest.
This is the only way they will learn to be better players - eventually you'll end up with a BG with more than just the few boss killers meaning you never fail and AQ even if those usual guys are on vacation etc .

I use Glory for health so an additional amount of Glory would be awesome.. Or just some potions @Moosetiptronic

The 1 champ sacrifice per section methode is something we do also, but battling against the M5 powergain Hype
is really demotivating for those guys. They do great on Thanos though.. @Archdemon_

Are you running 3 BGs of map 5?

If not, you come up against the issue of the more capable carrying the rest. If you have each bg running different maps, then you are automatically carrying 10 to 20 people, if your are in the toughest map.

The only solution is to go into a 3 by 5 or 3 by 6 alliance. But they are hard to get into and often come with pretty stringent rules, very regular play time and minimum expectations.

But so they should, maintaining that kind of level progress in 3 BGs is a big job.

So while I like the idea in principle, I'd guess that the present alliance design suggests that extra rewards for those doing more isn't the solution in this game.

The solution as always, appears to be move alliance, if your own alliance's players don't improve uniformly... Which sucks.

Yes, 3 BGs running map 5.

I'm actually the leader of the alliance.
We're not the kicking kind of alliance. Participation, fun and teamwork is what counts.

We don't mind the work, but as Archdemon_ pointed out, resources run dry.

Well then, that sucks!! Maybe rotate boss killers depending on the mini? That Hyperion is supposed to be a nightmare, so maybe only let those fight him, to have the counters, but when it's not hype, try the rotation method that arch demon suggested?

Good luck, managing an alliance is hard work enough as it is..

This is true except with a good roster of r5s the mini bosses are easy one shots so the boss killers in my ally which is 2-3 guys per bg take care of the minis and rarely lose much health, fights can go wrong but the majority of the time its pretty straightforward. Its about having good counters, for red skull i bring corvus, for hype i bring a sig200 void and BWCV, for scarlet witch i bring quake etc so its not bad but i really like the idea, we def have some who dont contribute as much as they should, ill give u an example about the minibosses and having good counters making item use a non issue, this is corvus vs day 5 red skull from a few weeks ago...
