Change to the T1 Alpha Reqs for 5*

Since the removal of alphas from the AQ milestone rewards the flow of alphas has been slightly reduced. I realize that T1 alphas are not extraordinarily difficult to attain, but the progression from R1 to R4 seems odd. To get to R2 you need 5 alphas. To get to R3 you need...5 alphas. Then to go to R4 you need 6.

I suggest a change to the progression to 2->4->6.
