What’s the point of having Daily Quests.

What’s the point of even having Daily Quests when you don’t give any tier 2 or 3 class Catalysts. Even after completing the quest two times over all you GIVE is peanuts. Why even have these daily quests for Tier 3 class catalysts. Why don’t you give them out in AQ like you give the Tier 4 class catalysts.
