Doing EQ3.2 and my Nick fury persistent charge isn’t working. Goes straight into Real Nick Fury phase without any decoy. Is this a general issue?

    I think he might be bugged. Mine died and never triggered real Nick fury. No debuffs or anything on the node that had anything to do with ability accuracy. It doesn't happen everytime but it's happened a few times in the past month or 2.
