MODOK gains 20% increased power gain rate while below 1 bar of power. Combine that with the 7% Offensive power gain rate and MODOK should have a 27% power gain below 1 bar.
I am just not seeing it. I have tested MODOK with and without synergy multiple times. It takes me just as long to get to 1 bar of power either way. Am I missing something?
