Alliance Quest Minimums

I'm not an officer but there are constant complaints coming from officers that people need to get into the 3 day events. Which got me thinking, what if the officers could set mins for alliance events then those members wouldn't get rewards if they dont hit the mins. You would have to create exceptions list for that event but is something that could work surely

    Just tell the leeches to step it up or they will need a new alliance. The players who want to grow will make effort and contribute.
