An additional chat

We have global chat which is used a lot for recruiting and also talking to the community. Sometimes it gets annoying to scroll up and down to see if you missed anything and I think there should be the global chat to talk to the community as well as a looking for alliance chat which could be used for recruiting. It will just make it more easier to communicate to people in the global chat
