Who to rank up?

Guys,
Please give me some advice about who to ranked up, i'm preparing to rank up 5* CMM, but it takes long time to get resources especially t4cc (2 cosmic t4cc to go). Right now i'm struggling for uncollected and stuck at 5.1.5. These are my champions. Should i wait for ranking up 5* CMM, or better max out existing 4* champs?
. I have maxed 4* CG, ghost, namor, omega, balde, ghulk, mephisto, stark spidey, CAIW, and magik. Any advices are highly appreciated.

Getting a specific t4cc will be really hard. It could probably take you months and by that time you could have collected enough t4b by ease.
I would say right now to rank up Nick Fury cause that guy is the bomb. Plus his synergy with CMM is OP.
Also, Nick's 10% boost when alive and 20% boost when dead is really useful when going for Uncollected so go with him.
Other champions to focus on are gully2099, Domino, thing, HT, SW and sunspot.
