Why can't I access this path in 6.1.3? Is it a bug?

I am exploring Act 6 chapter 1..Currently doing 6.1.3. But no matter what path I follow at the start I can never go to the Daredevil Netflix linked path, the game just won't allow me. Why is this happening repeatedly? Is it a bug? Have wasted lots of energy on this path. Can someone please give me clarification on this issue?

You enter it on the bottom and end it just before thing

I think you have to take the path that has SWitch on it, which leads to the DD path.
