Warlock is our best option there.
Use one of his sinergies that provide a fury buff , whenever the poison would fail to apply due to an immunity.

Hyperion is your only option that I can see, but you'll still need multiple revives and some boosts to get through it. It's a terribly designed fight that dictates you can't get through it by skill alone... You either need the exact right champs, or deep pockets (in the form of units, revives/pots, or just money to buy both)....
