Class Advantage, not really an advantage.

I've been thinking about this for a while, but doesn't it seem that some champs in a class are counters to champ who have advantage over them.

Examples:
Magneto is good against tech champs
Black Widow is good against NC
Drax is good against Mordo
and there are several other examples. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

    Class advantage is a help, not a must.

    Individual champs with particular use care not for class dis/advantage.

    Please, in 5.2 class advantage make a huge different. Do you want to get 1000 damage for each Blocked hit then ignore class advantage.

    ^^ you want a class disadvantage because of the role reversal

    Except that Drax vs Mordo is a bug and isn't supposed to be that way

    Those are specific champion advantages, magik is good against certain tech but overall is much better fighting cosmic (Phoenix, groot, hyperion) black widow is good against NC but is more suited towards science characters( Better defensive ability reduction, spiderman, elektro, abomination). Not all champions in a certain class will perfectly counter champions they have class advantages against. Class advantages are just meant counter a specific mechanic that is common but not exclusive to a certain class, classes do have general traits lots champion in that class have ( cosmic- lots of buffs, science- lots of defensive abilities, mutant- lots of regen and bleed, etc) and thats what opposing classes counter but not all champs can have those traits and those traits can't be exclusive to those classes or lots of champs would get stale since they would all be too similar.

    most of the time the class advantage is on point. Except She Hulk vs mystic. She feed MD with her fury and try using her against Mordo

    Isn't that a passive? Never seen that triggering MD ... Nowhere in her abilities say that she gains a fury buff to increase attack for X seconds

    Not a passive, just tested this on the top GR, 3 instances of power gain, 2 from the heavy hits and one from MD.

    Also, it doesn't say she gets a fury buff, because it's only for the duration of the heavy attack, but she does get a buff and trigger MD anyway.

    That's why it's weird ... It should be a charge that gives attack for the duration of the heavy attack, not a fury buff.
    Must be some kind of bug or typo

    You'd better report that.

    If there's some sort of bug causing MD to proc when it shouldn't, I'm sure the game team will be all over it.

    Should be sorted in the next update...
