To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. Master Mode Doc Oc bugged?

to clarify, i'm still exploring master mode of the event quest and just did my 3rd run through of the final quest (4 more to go!), and this is first time fighting doc oc rather badly. so, my whole team except juggernaut gets knocked out, and i noticed the whole time he doesnt want to use his first special, very reluctant. but every single time my juggernaut was unstoppable during the fight, doc oc kept using his first special almost right when it was available (if juggernaut was unstoppable), and wondering if it was just sheer luck...or a bug?
